Before you Checkout, Select the Pay by U.S. Postal Money Order Option, then print your invoice. Please Print Clearly, your Credit Card Number AND Expiration Date on your Invoice. We will verify your receipt of your order by email BEFORE we ship your order.

Out of Stock and Back Order Items:
In the event we are out of an item you have ordered online, the items that are available will be shipped the next business day. An Out of Stock or Back Order notice will appear on your shipping invoice. Your credit card will only be charged for the items we actually ship. We will then notify you by email when the item(s) arrive and give you the opportunity to purchase the item(s) before we add them to our retail store inventory.

In the event an out of stock or back order item(s) will be available within 48 hours of your order, we will contact you by email for permission to hold your order until it arrives. Otherwise, we will ship your order the next business day.

Shipping:
To the best of our ability, all orders are shipped by the next business day we receive your order. We will ship to any location within the United States, including any P.O. Box or a APO/FPO Military Address. Please contact us for additional shipping rates to: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Terriorities or any other countries.

Sales Tax:
Sales Tax will only be charged for all shipments within the State of Kentucky at the rate of 6%.

Returns: We will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Please repackage your return and send it to us along with a copy of the original invoice and a note from you explaining the reason for the return. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the amount equal to the unused portion. If we have shipped the wrong item, we will replace it without additional expense to you. If you ordered the wrong item, let us know the correct item to ship to you or if you wish a refund (refunds will not be made on shipping costs).

Damaged Items: We package your order carefully but damages can occur. Please telephone or e-mail us and save the package. We will replace damaged material immediately, but need the package in order to file a claim with the shipper.
